Before Use:

Heat over very low heat for 20 minutes. Wipe off excess oil with paper towel. Your Bacon Press is now seasoned and ready for use. (Caution: Do not use in a nonstick fry pan as it may scratch the finish.)
Cleaning & Storage:
After each use, wash and dry thoroughly and lightly re-coat with vegetable oil before storing. If there are signs of rust then re-season by following the steps above.
